New in TownThe Mavericks have added three new players to the roster ahead of the series against the Utah Grizzlies. Forward Darik Angeli and defenseman Connor Doherty joined the Mavericks roster on Thursday. Additionally, forward Kamerin Nault was acquired from Greenville in exchange for Anthony Rinaldi.

Leading DefensemanMavericks defenseman Willie Corrin is ranked number five in the Top 20 Defensemen Scorers. Scoring his first goal of the season last Sunday, Corrin now has six points on one goal and five assists.

Not on Our WatchThe Mavericks are the only team in the ECHL to have not allowed a shorthanded goal this season.

Shortridge ShinesMavericks goalie Andrew Shortridge registered his first shutout of the season last Friday against the Wichita Thunder. Shortridge is currently ranked number two in the Top 15 Goalies with a 2.03 goals against average and a .943 save percentage.

Approaching MilestoneMavericks forward Lane Scheidl is two games away from playing in his 300th career ECHL game.
