INDEPENDENCE, MO – Owen Lindmark has signed with the Kansas City Mavericks entering the 2026-27 season.
The 25-year-old forward brings loads of talent and skill to the Mavericks roster. Spending time across both the AHL and ECHL throughout the past two seasons, Lindmark made his professional debut for the San Diego Gulls on March 14 against the Colorado Eagles. During the 2025-26 season, Lindmark appeared for both the Gulls and Tulsa Oilers, recording 16 points in 33 games. He was also just one of four Tulsa skaters to score a shorthanded goal throughout the season.
Before turning pro, Lindmark played 173 collegiate games for the University of Wisconsin, registering 74 points and serving as captain during his senior season for the Badgers in 2024-25. Prior to his college career, Lindmark played for the United States National Team Development Program before being selected by the Florida Panthers in the fifth round of the 2019 NHL Draft.
