MAVERICKS DEFEATED BY WICHITA, 6-2

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. - The Kansas City Mavericks were defeated by the Wichita Thunder 6-2 Sunday evening at INTRUST Bank Arena. Bryan Lemos and Willie Corrin netted goals for the Mavericks. The Mavericks return to action Friday night at 8:05 p.m. against the Utah Grizzlies at the Maverik Center.
